Services

From the website
to the autonomous agent.

Websites, apps, internal systems such as CRM and ERP, B2B and B2C SaaS and AI agents, autonomous or copilots. Real product experience, in production. Each one explained here: what it is, when it makes sense, what we deliver and how we measure it.

Websites

What it is

Your website is the shop window and, most of the time, a customer’s first contact with the company. It can be a company site or an online store. We write our own code, no off-the-shelf theme, so it loads fast on a phone and reads well to Google and to AI assistants.

It makes sense when

  • Your current site is slow, dated or brings in no leads
  • The site needs to bring in leads and sales, with conversions measured
  • The brand is launching a product or repositioning

What we deliver

  • Custom design and development, in Portuguese and English
  • An admin panel to edit copy, pages and the blog
  • Technical SEO: titles, structured data, sitemap and speed
  • Forms, WhatsApp and conversion events, all measured
  • Privacy compliance (LGPD): privacy notice, and cookies only where needed

Apps

What it is

An app is software that lives on the phone of your customer or your team: orders, scheduling, a customer area, field sales, deliveries. It can be native, in the Apple and Google stores, or a PWA: a web app that installs from the browser and costs less to maintain. We choose based on how it will really be used, not on what is fashionable.

It makes sense when

  • Customers buy or book often
  • The team works in the field: sales, deliveries, technicians
  • The product needs notifications, the camera or offline use

What we deliver

  • Native or PWA, chosen by how it will be used
  • Screens and a prototype tested with users
  • One codebase for iOS and Android
  • Store publishing and updates
  • Error and usage monitoring

Internal systems

What it is

An internal system is the software that runs the company from the inside: a CRM for sales, an ERP or ERP modules for orders, inventory and finance, management dashboards and portals for customers and partners. We build from scratch when the process is unique, or connect to the ERP you already use and get spreadsheets and repetitive work out of the way.

It makes sense when

  • Operations depend on spreadsheets and copy and paste
  • An off-the-shelf CRM or ERP does not cover an important process
  • Managers cannot see today’s numbers without asking someone

What we deliver

  • A custom CRM, ERP or modules, built around how the company works
  • Login, roles and permissions by job
  • Integration with your current ERP, WhatsApp and payments
  • A live KPI dashboard
  • A log of who did what, and when

B2B and B2C SaaS

What it is

SaaS (software as a service) is software customers use over the internet and pay for by subscription, with nothing to install. In B2B, a company subscribes: users, roles, contracts and integrations come in. In B2C, it is the end consumer: sign-up in seconds, simple payment and mobile first. In both, onboarding, billing and usage metrics decide whether the product grows.

It makes sense when

  • You have a product idea and it is time to test it with an MVP
  • The company wants to sell its own process as software
  • The SaaS already exists and needs scale, AI or a refactor

What we deliver

  • Discovery and MVP scope: the least that proves value
  • Multi-tenant architecture, with isolated data
  • Plans, recurring billing and invoicing
  • Onboarding, admin panel and usage metrics
  • Automated tests and continuous delivery

Customer service agents

What it is

An AI agent talks with your customers or your team, understands the request and answers based on company information: catalog, prices, policies, history. Unlike a menu chatbot, it reads the context, checks your systems and hands the conversation to a person when it needs to.

It makes sense when

  • There is a queue on WhatsApp and customers wait
  • Sales loses leads outside business hours
  • The team answers the same questions every day

What we deliver

  • A knowledge base built from company data (RAG)
  • An agent on WhatsApp, on the website or in the internal system
  • Handover to a person, with the conversation history
  • Quality tests (evals) on real cases before going live
  • A dashboard with conversations, contact reasons and cost

AI copilots

What it is

A copilot works with a person, not instead of them. It lives inside the CRM, the ERP or the dashboard and does the heavy lifting: it summarizes the customer history, drafts the proposal, suggests the next step, checks a document. The decision stays with the person using it.

It makes sense when

  • The team loses time reading history and writing the same things
  • Proposals, descriptions and reports come out slowly and inconsistently
  • Company knowledge is scattered across documents and a few people’s heads

What we deliver

  • A copilot inside the system the team already uses
  • Search across company knowledge, with the source of every answer
  • Text in the company’s standard: proposals, descriptions, replies
  • Permissions: each person only sees what they could already see
  • Usage and time saved measured per task

Autonomous agents

What it is

An autonomous agent gets a goal, not a question. It plans the steps and uses tools to get the job done: it checks the ERP, enters the order, updates the CRM, sends the email and verifies the result. It works within clear limits: what it does on its own, what needs a person’s approval, and a record of every action.

It makes sense when

  • The process is repetitive, but has exceptions that need someone today
  • The back office handles data entry, quotes, reconciliation and checks
  • Operations need to grow without hiring at the same rate

What we deliver

  • Process design, including the points where a person approves
  • Agents with tools and permissions per task
  • Several agents working together when the process calls for it
  • An auditable record of every action
  • Observability: cost, time, errors and success per task

Integrations and automation

What it is

Integration means the systems you already use exchange data on their own. A website order lands in the ERP, a lead from an ad reaches the CRM with its source, the sale goes back to Google and Meta, and campaigns are measured by what they actually sold. Less typing, fewer errors and numbers you can trust.

It makes sense when

  • The same data gets typed in twice
  • Campaigns run without knowing which sale they brought in
  • The company is switching ERP or CRM

What we deliver

  • A map of the systems and the data that flows between them
  • API and webhook integrations, with automatic retries
  • Offline conversions sent to Google Ads and Meta
  • Alerts when an integration fails
  • Documentation for every flow
