Kadelta is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. Data protection contact: [email protected].
02What we collect
Contact form: name, email, company, WhatsApp or phone (optional), your site address (optional) and your message.
Site diagnosis: only the address you type. Our server opens the public page at that address, analyzes it and returns the result. Nothing is stored.
Browsing: aggregate visit statistics, without cookies and without identifying who you are.
Visit source: if you arrived through an ad or a tagged link, we keep which campaign it came from together with the message you send. That is how we measure our own marketing.
03What we use it for
To reply to your message and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. We do not build mailing lists, we do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
04Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request (art. 7, V, of Brazil’s LGPD), and legitimate interest for aggregate visit statistics (art. 7, IX).
05Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the site work: hosting (Oracle Cloud, on a server in Brazil), site delivery and protection (Cloudflare, which also counts visits in aggregate and without cookies) and email delivery (Resend). They process the data solely to provide the service.
06How long we keep it
Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last conversation, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first.
07Cookies and browser storage
We do not use tracking cookies. We store in your browser, only for the duration of the visit, the visit source. If you pick a language at the top of the site, that choice is kept in your browser for future visits; it does not identify you.
08Your rights
You can ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing (art. 18 of the LGPD). Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 15 days.
09Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
