Questions.
Do I pay for the AI separately?
No. AI comes included in the monthly fee, with an allowance that covers normal use. If you go well past it, we tell you first; you can also use your own OpenAI or Anthropic key.
What if I want to leave?
The site, the code and the data are yours. We export everything and the site stays online wherever you choose. What stays with us is the panel, customer service and the agents.
Can I host it on my own server?
Yes. The site runs on your VM or VPS; the panel and the agents stay at Kadelta, connected to your site.
What about the official WhatsApp API?
The messages Meta charges for are passed on at cost, or billed straight to your Meta account.
